Tax The Rich!

From the very beginning of this Democracy there has been an understanding that the more you get, the more you should give back. However, as the rich get richer they seem less and less partial to parting with their riches which came from a country that created the means for their wealth, and now they want to turn their back on that country. Tax the Rich, or Eat them!
