The US is currently spending more than any other country by a substantial amount, and yet all that money only provides us with the 37th best health care! Yet, there are those, in the US (that have great health care) who think we do not need to change a thing--needless to say.
Maybe we should just have the corporations come out of the closet and run this country openly.
