The list gets bigger, and so does the problem.
The Counterinsurgency program in Iraq is faltering slightly due to the lack of funding. If Iraq with oil is finding it difficult to maintain a several hundred thousand man army, how in the world will Afghanistan accomplish the task?
As the list continues to increase.
